I am going to call these pie-lets (4-1/2 inch) “The Bob Marley”. They are my coconut pie custard layered with sliced bananas and chocolate. Alas, there can be no other plant materials, no matter how apropos that would be!
Donuts, donuts, donuts! Strawberry (chopped berries in the batter and the glaze), pastry cream filled eclairs, chocolate glazed yeast donuts, maple bars, and the original Windmill donuts.
Summer is pie time!! Huckleberry-apple.
Tomorrow’s donut faire will be chocolate glazed yeast donuts, coconut cake donuts, strawberry fun-nuts (baked), eclairs, and the original Windmill donuts. Also coming this weekend is a discussion about all the different types of donuts (cake, baked, yeast). It’s confection madness!!

Gooey pecan caramel rolls, mixed berry turnovers, huckleberry muffins, cowboy cookies, and pecan tartlets. Tomorrow I will try spiced sour cream donuts and devils food donuts. Of course the usual faire will also be available!
