These two confections have no names! Help me name them and if your suggestion wins, I’ll give you one! The cakelets on the left are a layer of cheesecake sandwiched between 2 layers of white chocolate cake, a dollop of raspberry filling, then covered with white chocolate ganache. The second is croissant dough fried, filled with pastry cream, rolled in vanilla sugar, then drizzled with salted cream glaze. Thanks!
