What a treasure! Have to go there whenever I’m in Montana. If you going north on 93 from Missoula – you must stop here. Excellent Chai and incredible baking and service.

Croquembouche – yum! This dessert is for a potluck. It is cream puffs filled with luscious pudding, then swirled with spun sugar.

The butter is clearly visible in good pie dough.
