Just how many National Donut Days are there?!? In my opinion, not enough, but it turns out there are 2, and today is one! The original one is the first Friday of June and was created in 1938 by the Salvation Army. November 5th was proclaimed NDD by food retailers to sell product. Capitalism in action!
